Painting on board depicting a Moorish horseman or cavalier. Signature to verso. Measures 5-3/4" H x 4" W. Frame measures 9-3/4" H x 7-3/4" W x 1-3/4" D. Provenance: from the personal collection of Antoinette Olask, a French Moroccan long time art collector inadvertent-turned antique dealer. After she came to the US back in the 1960's she opened an antique store in San Antonio, Texas, to keep herself busy- which turned into even more frequent trips to Europe to meet the demand of her beloved customer base that she grew (hence the inadvertent-turned antique dealer).
