Our research determined that Elvira J A Tuoti was born in New York, New York on Sep. 14th 1896 to Michele (Michael) Tuoti and Pauline Tornay. She had 1 child (American astronomer, Emilia Pauline Pisani [Lee] Belserene) and passed away on Feb. 23rd 1986 in Nantucket, Massachusetts, USA. Work measures 29-1/2" H x 18-1/2" W.
