Limoges France porcelain footed bowl, hand-painted with decorated gilt brass mounts and floral handles. The bowl interior is hand-painted with pink, purple, and blue flowers, and a purple ribbon. Exterior of bowl in matching floral motif, sitting atop four scrolled brass feet. Underside of bowl inscribed in French: "Les meilleures Porcelaines de Limoges et de France. Decorees par CEA" "Peint a la main", which translates to "The best porcelain from Limoges and France. Decorated by CEA" "Hand Painted". Number 54/029. Measures approx. 12-1/2" in diameter and sitting approx. 6-1/4" H. Weighs approx. 3lbs.
